My name is Michael Browning and the sound of the Ruffed Grouse and the whistling sound of the woodcock has always intrigued me. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a pointing dog point a grouse or woodcock.  It never fails to produce an adrenaline rush, no matter how many times I experience it.  Fly-fishing is a similar experience for me. Whether I am tying my own flies or spending a day on the water, coaxing a weary trout to take my fly, the thrills of fly-fishing have kept me in the water for over a decade! I give my personal best for each individual client, and strive to make each individual's experience rewarding and unique.

Who We Are

Michael T. Browning is a registered Maine Guide.  He has been raising and training hunting dogs since 2005.  He trains and hunts on his family property, comprising of over 50 acres.  He enjoys working with dogs and interacting with people, making guiding a natural career choice.
